SERVING OUR SENIORS SPRING DAY LUNCHEON
A fun activity took place on May 7th, 2011
The Shoe-Bee-Doo Luncheon was a success! One hundred people were in attendance and Serving Our Seniors Spring Day Luncheon raised over $3648, double what we did in 2010. The revenue from the event will purchase liquid medications that treat diabetes for Erie County residents, age 60+ who are underinsured and can’t afford the cost of these medicines. We are very grateful to the many donors and patrons who are supporting our efforts to find an affordable solution to being an insulin dependent diabetic in later life.

Serving our seniors received $3750.00 from the Sandusky/Erie County Community Foundation in April 2011. The grant was awarded to cover the cost of the control unit for the multiline telephone system at Serving our Seniors. THANK YOU SANDUSKY/ERIE COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION!!!!
