Sue Daugherty is the founding executive director of Serving Our Seniors. Under her direction, Serving Our Seniors has established a reputation as an innovative and exceptionally well managed organization that provides professional, effective and personalized service to Erie County senior citizens. In addition to managing the day to day operations, Sue focuses on identifying emerging issues, developing solutions and building collaborations. Sue is also a columnist and blogger for the Sandusky Register. Sue has been with SOS since 1996. She holds a B.S. in Recreational Studies with a major in Exercise Physiology; a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology and a Masters of Public Administration. She also maintains her Nursing Home Administration License.
Pat Davis is the Administrative Assistant to Senior Advocacy. Pat started with Serving Our Seniors in 1998 as the Office Manager / Administrative Assistant. In 2011 Pat semi-retired and now works 10 hours per week providing administrative support to the "Senior Coalition" which is headed up by Serving our Seniors. She also provides administrative assistance to the Quality Assurance Manager.
Sarah Widman is the office manager at Serving our Seniors. She organizes volunteer activities, takes care of Accounts Payable, tracks advertising sales for the SOS magazine, tracks agency reporting data and works closely with the rest of the staff. Sarah has been with Serving Our Seniors since February 2011.

Chris Ferguson is the Quality Assurance Manager and the brain trust for Serving Our Senior's programs and services. She knows every program, service and procedure inside and out. She's the person our advocates turn to for guidance when difficult issues arise. Chris has been with Serving Our Seniors since October 1998.
Tina Elmlinger, RN, is Serving Our Senior's Affordable Medications Coordinator. She helps clients obtain affordable medications at low to no cost from pharmaceutical manufactures through Serving Our Seniors' Drug Repository Program. Tina has been with Serving Our Seniors since February 1999.
Anthony Pool is a Senior Advocate. Anthony assists people age 60+ who are facing complicated issues that are compromising their ability to maintain their independence. He is also Serving Our Seniors' field representative and makes home visits when they are needed. He received his B.A. in Sociology from BGSU and an undergraduate Certificate in Gerontology from Mercy College of Northwest Ohio. Anthony has been with Serving Our Seniors since 2004.
Nancy Rodriguez is a Senior Advocate assistant. She works to resolve questions/problems/concerns of Erie County residents age 60+ in order for them to maintain their independence. Nancy has been with Serving Our Seniors since May 2006.
Lenise Tiller is a Senior Advocate Assistant. She works helping those age 60 plus with any questions or concerns. She deals, among other things, with utility shut offs and emergency house repairs. Her ultimate goal is to preserve the independence of our clients as long as possible. Lenise has been with us since 2011.

Wendy Boyer is also a Senior Advocate Assistant. She started with us during an internship in 2009. She works helping 60 plus Erie County residents with Medicare Part D concerns and any other problems they might encounter. Wendy joined Serving our Seniors as a temporary full time employee in 2011.

Renee Claycomb is the Volunteer Recruiter/Coordinator for Serving our Seniors. She is responsible for recruiting volunteers for many short-term and long-term volunteer opportunities. Renee is the person to speak with to learn all the fun and meaningful ways to donate your time with Serving our Seniors. She worked for Serving our Seniors in 2005 recruiting volunteer drivers for the Out-of-Town Medical Transportation Program.
