Clerical Support / Receptionist - Monday through Friday, 12:30pm – 5pm assists the Quality Assurance Manager and the advocates as clients walk-in or call the office. Some days will have fewer hours based on the demands on the office. Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills, typing speed of 45 wpm and proficient with basic computers skills, word, excel. Will We are Hiring train the right person. Ideal for college student or retiree. Program Promotional Support Position - Flexible schedule based on programming. Up to 20 hours per week. This position will help the director to plan and coordinate the dates, times, locations of various public forums and events; and assist with the publicity and set up. Strong verbal communication skills, typing speed of 45 wpm and proficient with basic computers skills – word, excel, powerpoint, publisher are required. Job duties also include using social media - Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitter, TikTok, etc… Willing to train the right person to acquire social media skills.
