Humor, help & hope for individuals experiencing
memory loss. “Transitions” is for the individual
experiencing changes in memory. Friends/family
may attend as a guest, but not in place of the
person experiencing memory changes.

along with gerontologist, Brenda Hendricks
for storytelling and improve theater activities
designed especially for persons who have mild
memory loss. (Guests may attend with the
affected person, but not in his/her place.)

Medical Center, 1111 Hayes Avenue – Sandusky.
A panel of experts will sit on a speakers panel to
answer your questions about Medicare coverage
and different options for low income individuals.
