At the heart of Senior Fest is a mission to challenge ageism and show the world a newer — and truer — picture of what growing older really looks like. Some ideas will “wow” the audience. Others may have everyone laughing in their seats. Some may be delightfully unexpected. Every idea needs people willing to bring it to life on stage. Whether you love performing, prefer working behind the scenes or have always secretly suspected you could be the next comedy sensation, there is a place for you. Nancy helps each participant find their comfort zone, discover their talents and — most importantly — have fun along the way. By June, the performers are selected and skit practices begin.
