“Transitions”
at Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene, offers
humor, help & hope for individuals experiencing memory
loss. “Transitions” is for the individual experiencing
changes in memory. Friends/family may attend as a
guest, but not in place of the person affected by memory
changes.

1pm – 2pm, “Dementia Conversations:
Driving, Doctors, Legal & Financial Planning”.

Milan Rd. - Sandusky. An educational discussion led by
gerontologist, Brenda Hendricks, Alzheimer’s Association
– NW Ohio Chapter. This event is for caregivers only and
those helping someone with Alzheimer’s Disease or a
related condition.

10am - 12pm, “Understanding Financial
Estate Planning: Probate, POA’s, Last Will Testament
& Trusts”.
Erie County Office Bldg, 3rd Floor Chambers,

9am – 3:30pm Senior Fest 2016
at the Erie
County Fair. Festivities begin at 10 am. Seating is
available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Admission into
the Erie County Fair is free until 3:00pm for those age
60+. (Pg. 21 for details)

Sandusky
Community Church of the Nazarene, 1617 Milan Rd. -
Sandusky. Jann Graham-Glann and Brenda Hendricks will
facilitate storytelling & improv theater activities designed
for persons who have mild memory loss. (Family/friends
may attend with, but not in his/her place.)
